Happy New Year everyone
I can't believe it's the first of January today. I spent last night celebrating with my family. We just had a quite one in and watching Georges xmas present Inbetweeners which if you have not seen is so funni. Anyway we all ended up seeing the New Year in different rooms as both the boys were awake. Dad tryed to let a lantin off but i think we got some doggie ones as it would not set off. in the end mum had to get some water to put the fire out it was so funny.
Two thousand and eleven has flown by so fast. I had so much adventures last year that I'm hoping to have more this year. The first thing that I am going to try and keep up with this year is my Art Journal calendar. I came across this on Kate Crane's Blog and I really liked the concept of doing a calendar on a art journal background. I then found out the Kate started to do a class on this at Art from the heart . So I booked to take the class back in November. Kate is an amazing teacher very down to earth and she explains things so easy. I just love all her work and even tho it's all bright colours and you think art journaling is messy I always think Kate's pages look very clean and kool. Anyway the pictures below are my attempt at January. I have already started on Febuary but it just needs touching up here and there.
